1. When can I opt for a return/exchange?

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • If the item is found damaged upon delivery.
  • In case of a size issue, the product can be exchanged or replaced for a different size. If the desired size is not in stock, a credit note will be issued.
  • If the product does not match the listed characteristics or features mentioned on our website or as agreed upon in writing.
  • If the product is delivered late beyond the stated delivery timeline, excluding delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

2. When is a return/exchange not accepted?

  • Items purchased from the sale or discounted section.
  • Garments altered or customized per the customer’s request.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Slight variations in color, finish, or appearance due to the handmade nature of our products and differences in monitor settings.

3. How to process a return/exchange?

If your product is eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at nidyafashionmumbai@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 98207 04692 within 2 working days (48 hours) of delivery.
  2. Once your request is acknowledged, courier the product back to us.
    • Ensure you obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier with details such as the number of products, their signature, and mobile number.
    • Note: Nidyafashion is not liable for lost shipments.
  3. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable courier service.

4. Return/Exchange Policy

  • Return/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Only products that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and labels intact, and in their original packaging are eligible.
  • Products that appear worn, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges are permitted once per order.
  • Store credit will be issued for the value of the exchanged product.
  • If an error is made by Nidyafashion, the return shipping cost will be refunded. Otherwise, all shipping and other related expenses are the customer’s responsibility.

5. International Orders

  • International orders are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer care team.


7. Online vs. In-Store Purchases

Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail store. All returns and exchanges must follow the online process detailed above.
