1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • If the product received is damaged or defective.
  • If the product does not match the features or specifications listed on our website or as agreed in writing.
  • If the product is not available for an exchange due to size or stock unavailability, a credit note or refund may be issued.
  • If the delivery of the product is delayed beyond the stated timeline, excluding delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Products purchased from the sale/discounted section.
  • Customized or altered products.
  • International orders (refunds are not applicable).
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear, or those without their original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Variations in color, finish, or appearance due to the handmade nature of the products or monitor display settings.

3. Refund Process

  • If eligible, the refund process can be initiated by contacting us at nidyafashionmumbai@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 98207 04692 within 2 working days (48 hours) of receiving the product.
  • Upon acknowledgment from our team, the product must be returned to us via a traceable courier service. The cost of shipping for the return is borne by the customer and is non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds are generally issued in the form of store credit.
  • In certain cases (e.g., damaged products, incorrect delivery, or unavailability of an exchange), a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Refund Timelines

  • Once the return is approved, the refund process will begin. Refunds to the original payment method may take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
  • Store credits are issued within 3-5 working days after the return is received and inspected.

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds are applicable only for the value of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Nidyafashion’s part.
  • Refund requests made after the specified timeline will not be entertained.
